The Connection between Creativity and Collaboration

As we open the doors to our second location in Fremont, we can’t help but have one of our core values at the forefront of our mind: Collaboration. What is the key to collaboration, and how do we make sure we are actively listening as well as having our own voices heard?

According to Linda A. Hill, the Wallace Brett Donham Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School and co-author of, Collective Genius: The Art and Practice of Leading Innovation, “innovative organizations are communities that have three capabilities: creative abrasion, creative agility, and creative resolution.”
