BUMBLE BIZZ: One Connection Launch Event

This past Tuesday, we were excited to celebrate the launch of Bumble Bizz in Seattle at our Capitol Hill space! During the event, tools for better networking were shared and attendees heard from an amazing panel of Seattle business owners. The panel consisted of Jessi Duley from BurnCycle, Monica Dimas from Neon Tacos, Sarah Bird from Moz and Rachel from Rachel's Ginger Beer with our Head of Growth, Carrie Maher moderating. The panel discussed how they each got their start and they shared stories about the one connection in their life that changed the trajectory of their career.

It was inspiring to hear how their connections have helped shape them into the professionals and leaders they are today. When setting out on a new business venture or striving to reach business goals, it's hard to do it alone. Having a community, mentors and advisors at your back help to provide you the advice, the guidance and the support you need. They are there to challenge you to think differently, to think bigger. They are there to play devil's advocate to ensure you're prepared for every scenario. They are there to help you succeed. Mentors, in every stage of your life and career, are important (need more convincing? Click here.).

Bumble is getting down to Bizzness. The app is now making it easier to expand your professional network and to make empowering career moves. Read more on why networking is so crucial to women and why it's important to swipe right on your career's future.
